Rebasing formula: rebased index = IMF source index ÷ the vintage's 2010 source index × 100. Each vintage is rebased separately, so both equal 100 in 2010; rebasing does not change growth rates. The next 20y annualized growth column uses only the latest April 2026 WEO vintage: ((CPI index in year t+20 ÷ CPI index in year t)^(1/20) − 1) × 100. It is attached to starting year t, begins in 1980, and is blank unless both endpoint indices are positive and available. Difference = April 2026 vintage annual growth − April 2025 vintage annual growth, in percentage points.
